CELL MEETS
“The most valuable resource that all teachers have is each other. Without collaboration our growth is limited to our own perspectives. “
Robert John Meehan
Any curriculum achieves its fructification only when it is justified by teachers transacting it in their classrooms. Hence, the prime goal of MISA is to empower the teachers and school leaders in managing the curriculum and resolve examination/administrative issues effectively. Keeping this core thought in mind, MISA focuses on a lot of training programs and cross-sharing between teachers of Cambridge schools by organizing various cell meets, subject-specific training, training for leaders, coordinators, and exam officers, etc. keeping the Cambridge Teachers Attributes i.e. Confident, Responsible, Reflective, Innovative, Engaged into focus.
The International Schools reopens after the summer holidays, with induction programs and grooming sessions for the newly recruited teachers.
MISA extends the much–appreciated supporting hand in the training of teachers by organizing cell meets. MISA Cell Meet is a great dais for the facilitator to share their experience and resources with the teachers. The plethora of cell meets for different subjects and levels (Primary checkpoint, Secondary Checkpoint, IGCSE, and A-Level) are extended over a couple of weeks.
MISA also regularly conducts orientation on Rules and Regulations for student security, fee hike norms, school admin team grooming on these issues, etc.
